Here is a tutorial I found to make a bag for those odd size gifts. For something on the smaller scale, try using your Close To My Heart Background and Texture paper for a cute gift bag. We have many B&Ts!!!!

It's a sad day when you post a little poem, thinking it will be an uplifting and encouraging thought to those needing a word or two of comfort. A poem written by a "Christian" author, shared innocently enough by me, with credit and even links given. Then years later you receive email after email stating you have infringed on their copyright??? What??? It can't be. The same poem that is for all to read at Linda Ellis' website? Little ole me had affected Linda's sales, the same post that maybe received 50 views? To feel the power, bwahahaha, my intent had reached its conclusion!!!!  Hope you can read into that sarcasm. So glad I did not fall for John Jolin's, Linda's "Henchman", ridiculous invoices he has sent, like countless other poor souls have done. Hey, an author has to make a buck right? But normally that would be by ACTUALLY writing, mmmm....to each her own. As I Googled this John Jolin to see if this could be for real, I came upon April Brown's website. So glad! This woman has be targeted by both Linda and John and has been fighting this so call copyright infringement for over 3 years. If you have been plagued by John, please visit April's site and consider purchasing her upcoming book, Poetic Justice. You can read countless poems online, but if I fall in love with an author's words, it would not stop me from purchasing their book of poems to have and to hold. There is nothing like a book. So us little bloggers sharing should have no effect on sales, actually it should be just the opposite!

So my advice, how little it is, if you have posted Linda Ellis' poem (I don't even have to say which one because I think it was a one hit wonder) take it down, don't post it to begin with, don't buy and don't pay if contacted. Put an end to this scam!  Well.....I have to dash!!!! Back to creating tomorrow.
